IMPORTANT: This Wireless LAN driver update requires ROM Version 1.10.xx. To check the version of ROM installed on the handheld, tap Start, then tap Settings, then tap System, then tap Asset Viewer, and then tap Version. If the handheld does not have version 1.10.xx installed, please apply one of the following two SoftPaqs before installing this update:

  • For iPAQ Pocket PC h4100 Series handhelds, apply SoftPaq Number SP28385, "HP iPAQ Pocket PC h4100 Series ROM Update"
  • For iPAQ Pocket PC h4300 Series handhelds, apply SoftPaq Number SP28375, "HP iPAQ Pocket PC h4300 Series ROM Update"
